COVID-19 - How we secure the safety of our guests & team members
Enhanced Cleaning
- Our staff have been trained in enhanced cleaning routines and following COVID-19 guidelines provided by local health authorities
- Higher frequency cleaning and disinfection of areas such as bathrooms, lobby areas, doors, elevator buttons and remote controls
- Hand alcohol gel stations and disposable gloves are available outside restaurants and lobby areas
- All menus, tables and chairs in our restaurants are being cleaned at a much higher frequency as well as after each seating
- Loose items such as pens, notepads and information materials are removed from rooms
Physical Distancing
- Limitations to the number of seats in public areas within the hotel and within our restaurant and conference hall
- Masks must be worn in all public areas and only removed within the restaurant when sat at the socially distanced tables
- Distancing floor markers have been placed throughout the hotel and reception areas as well as signs reminding guests and staff members to keep a distance
Revised Food & Beverage offerings
- Individually packed breakfasts are now available for all of our guests
- A limited range of food & beverages are still available within our restaurant but room service is encouraged with packed foods left outside guest rooms
- Disposable menus will be made available to guests
- High quality disposable paper napkins will be used in the place of cloth napkins
- A contactless mode of ordering and digital mode of payments are in place
Guidance for staff and guests
- Only asymptomatic staff and guests will be allowed entry
- Face coverings/masks must be worn at all times inside the hotel. Entry will not be permitted without one
- Social distancing will be enforced at all times within the hotel
- It is mandatory to use hand sanitiser and thermal screening prior to entering the premises
- Valet parking operating staff must wear face covers/masks and gloves as appropriate. Disinfection of steering, door handles, keys, etc. of the vehicles
- Contactless processes like QR code, online forms, digital payments like e-wallet etc. for both check-in and check-out.
